Evolution Medical Technologies (EMT) will make any requested custom changes. Followineg initial testing and the installation of all necessary hardware, ChartShare will then be installed and retested. EMT will provide training for all the users to begin the paperless process. EMT will provide training for those assigned to scanning paper charts. In some instances, such as a brand new practice, there will be very little scanning required. A security administrator will be assigned, who will then set up all the users in the system with usernames and passwords. Permissions will be based on job description and the need to know. Usergroups can be set up for the same positions (ie, nurses, physicians, receptionists, etc.). Time will be allotted for the training of all staff and follow-ups scheduled for reinforcement. Full-time support will be available and any problem areas quickly identified and solved. Continuous online monitoring of the system will be done by EMT. Backups will be installed simultaneously and fully tested prior to the first patient data entry |
